We have a 60 -day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your list to request return.
In order to be eligible to receive returns, your list must be in the same condition that you have not used or not using tags and in traditional packaging. You must receive a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start back, you can contact us at email@example.com If you are accepting your return, we will send you the product's return label, including the instructions about how to send your package and the location. The list sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problem
Please check your order when receiving and contacting us immediately if the program has a damaged defect, or if you get the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and make it correct.
Exceptions / items that cannot be returned
Some items cannot be returned, such as rotting products. (Such as food, flowers or plants) custom products (Such as special commands or personal items) and personal care products (Such as beauty products). Please contact if you have questions or questions about your specific items.
Unfortunately, we are not able to receive returns from sales or gift cards.
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the product you have and when receiving a reply, do separate purchases for new items.
We will let you know when we receive and check your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your original payment method. Remember that it may take a moment for your bank or credit card company to operate and post a refund.
