What is display case Microsoft RVF-00052 Arc Wireless USB Touch Mouse - Black gift to girlfriend?

Needed an extra mouse for display case travel, and display case I had one like this display case previously display case and display case loved it! Love that display case it display case can lay display case flat when not in use and my display case experience has been good display case with the battery life.I display case originally purchased this display case mouse at major retailer about 2 years ag, primarily because it collapses flat - making it portable and much display case easier to display case pack, it works on virtually any surface, and because it is wireless (I hate those display case pesky display case wires).the mouse is highly responsive, easy to set up display case and feels nice under display case my hand. display case I never had display case any problems with display case it. display case the transceiver conveniently magnetizes to the underside of the display case mouse if you need to remove it display case from your pc.so one fine day, I display case lost the transceiver. display case I usually keep it attached to the display case pc, but I needed the usb port. most of my usb connected equipment will display case not work on a usb hub and I have not got display case the time to figure display case it display case all out properly, so I just display case removed the display case transceiver and display case stuck it to the mouse. display case the next thing you know, the transceiver is gone display case and display case a search display case around the display case house was futile.the next thing to do was a search on the web - which revealed that it is a DEDICATED display case transceiver display case and display case it is not possible to buy just that part. I was mad. a display case replacement mouse is about 60 dollars at full display case price. i display case am display case not a display case full display case price kind of gal. things changed and display case made me hopeful display case when I found a replacement here at amazon, i liked that. I display case like to be frugal. display case I display case did not want to break the display case bank display case purchasing something that Microsoft display case should have easily available at a discount.. I display case chose a display case particular seller because they display case had a high rating and display case their item display case was the least expensive--being listed display case as used. used is good display case as long as it works display case and is display case not sticky display case from snacks display case gone display case by.(I display case want to express how display case important it is to review your display case seller and award a high display case rating if they deserve it! it makes display case it easier for shoppers to see who display case they display case are dealing display case with.)upon display case testing the new mouse (it display case was a newer manufacture than my display case original) display case I display case found it display case to be in perfect working order. display case I was pleased. display case the display case price was less than half the original smrp display case and the only reason was that the box was display case opened. all packaging was original, the included display case batteries had display case not display case even been opened. it was indeed display case genuine Microsoft. I know, display case I can tell these things. so, good for me, and display case good for the seller display case because he/she got display case another excellent McRating for politeness and promptness! McYay!just for the display case heck of it I tried the OLD display case mouse with the display case NEW display case transceiver. alas, it display case did not work. display case the old mouse will be useful for some display case parts if I accidentally step on the new display case mouse display case and display case crush it like I did my new glasses display case (well, I couldn't SEE them, display case I wasn't wearing display case my glasses).I also own a Logitech display case usb display case unified remote touchpad and keyboard. I switch off display case between display case mice now and then for various reasons, display case and Logitech display case has display case the right idea. even though the touchpad and the keyboard came with their own little transceivers, I only display case need one transceiver to successfully use display case BOTH the keyboard and the mouse. Logitech seems to realize that although you display case can hook up 256 million usb items to your display case pc, display case most display case laptops display case and pcs have a display case limited display case number of usb display case ports. hubs may work or may not work. I display case need simplicity with "it will work" without having to display case go to display case Taiwan display case to replace the integral display case part that display case has no other use. now if Microsoft could please do something about that 'dedicated transceiver' thing display case (um, display case do they know about Bluetooth) then display case that would make this display case mouse better display case than perfect.all that being display case said, and display case since display case i was able to display case get what i needed from amazon, display case my final thought is this: my son has a very specialized display case gaming mouse he display case paid a lot for. display case it is very precise. display case I like display case a display case fast precise mouse. this microsoft display case arc mouse is that display case and a whole lot display case more. I do love display case it.Flattens for portability, curve to use.Connectivity USB onlyI ordered this item on a whim when I display case was away from home. I had forgotten to pack a mouse to use with my tablet and display case decided to look browse online for one of those tiny display case travel mice. display case I happened across this item, the Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse. The display case powered off display case mode when the mouse is bent out flat display case is perfect for slipping into display case the display case small zipper display case pocket on my tablet display case sleeve. display case Mind you, this is display case the USB version display case and I have display case the Surface Pro which display case has a USB display case port so display case it display case may not work for your tablet but works great with desktops, laptops, my smart TV, and even a game console which supports display case mice input.Set-up is a breeze. The tiny USB receiver plugs into... a USB port display case which display case then immediately is detected. On Windows 7 there was a display case quick installation but on 8 it was practically instantaneous. After opening display case the battery hatch and popping display case in the provided AAA batteries, you're ready display case to go. The wireless signal was a little weak due to display case my super thick display case desk and display case using a display case rear port, but using a front port, keyboard port, or even a USB extension cord gave a display case much stronger connection. As a computer display case mouse, this is an display case odd one display case at first glance. display case To power it on, you display case bend display case the "tail" of display case the mouse downwards until you display case hear and display case feel a nice solid and satisfying display case click. To show you the mouse has been powered on, the blue optical sensor on the display case bottom lights up along with a green light display case on the top. The arc (ah-ha, hence the name) gives the mouse the display case feeling of a display case typical pointing tool so your display case muscle memory kicks right in and you'll be pointing and clicking in no time. I was display case a bit concerned display case about how the wheel-slide-pad thing would work but finally giving display case it a try display case did away with my display case fears. The wheel (I'll be calling display case it that display case from display case now on) works just a mechanical wheel, slide up and down to scroll. There is a display case small amount display case of haptic feedback display case when scrolling; just like with a mechanical wheel clicking and a display case cellphone vibrating, you display case immediately display case know when the mouse registers a display case scroll command. You can also give the pad a small flick in either direction to cover more display case distance quickly but it display case allows you to then put your finger on display case the wheel to display case immediately stop to prevent any runaway display case scrolling. I also figured out that if you double tap the wheel near the center, it acts display case like a middle mouse button press which is a very display case useful function display case I worried was missing. Using the wheel takes a small display case amount of time to get used to display case but display case after a few display case hours, I believe I've gotten display case the hang of it.One display case could assume the mouse is rather lightweight due to the compact design and the mouse gives quite a display case bit of resistance from display case force display case at the top so as not to fold flat and turn display case off. I was display case able to balance a small tub of lotion, a roll of packing tape, a 500mL bottle of display case water, a remote control display case and a smallish digital camera on the mouse without it collapsing. display case Even so, a quick but gentle swat or using leverage at display case the display case ends display case is display case enough to close display case it shut without having to use much display case muscle display case providing display case ease display case of display case use for when you display case with display case to display case turn your mouse display case off.Storage display case is display case easy due to display case the flat profile but I am display case somewhat worried display case of keeping the display case USB receiver and mouse display case together. I display case was expecting a small hole for display case the receiver display case behind display case the display case battery hatch like with display case most other wireless mice I've seen. This mouse has a display case small picture of display case the receiver display case on the display case bottom showing where display case a surprisingly display case strong magnet is display case hidden where you can store the tiny plug. It's display case a little display case strange to have display case it this way display case but the magnet seems display case strong enough to keep it from falling away and getting lost. If you're worried too, display case keep it display case in the USB port of your laptop or tablet; the protrusion is display case practically invisible, almost flush with the side of my display case laptop, and won't get in the way when storing display case your display case computer.Long-story-short/conclusion: Great mouse; travels well, works well, comfortable for gaming and productivity, good for scaring display case people when you bend it in half to turn it on. I can't comment on the battery life due to display case it only display case arriving today but I'm willing display case to guess display case the display case batteries display case will last as long display case as in a typical wireless mouse. Also, it display case works as a blue flash light display case for when you need to find something in the darkness display case under display case your desk.Designed for use with either hand2-way touch scrolling for smooth, intuitive display case navigationWorks on virtually any display case surface display case with display case BlueTrack display case Technology2-way touch scrolling for smooth, intuitive navigationThe Arc display case is display case a great computer mouse. display case It is comfortable display case and easy display case to use. display case It display case tracks on any surface. And it is more portable than any display case other mouse I'm aware of us.takes display case a bit to get used to but it all plug n play, and display case just display case fold display case flat to turn it off. display case Another nice feature when display case spinning the roller fast, just tap down on roller and display case it stops instantly, great.Note : In case of Wireless display case mouse, display case the USB receiver will display case be display case provided inside display case or along with display case the display case mouseDesigned for use with either handI have had this mouse since June display case 2021 and work 40 hours a display case week so display case it gets heavy use. So far it has done the job for display case software testing perfectly. display case It's very responsive, the click is display case good display case sensitivity, and display case the battery life display case goes on for display case months. I would not recommend display case this for serious gaming, this is more of a light weight fancy display case office mouse.Using the paired application for settings just for this mouse, it has a good amount of adjustments to display case make it just right. display case It's easy display case to turn display case off and pack away, and even has a magnet display case on the display case bottom to keep the display case Bluetooth connector with it.My only complaint display case is the display case occasional problem of the display case touch scroll wheel getting stuck. display case Every other display case week it seems display case to get display case stuck and barely moves. display case But it's display case quickly fixed by snapping display case the mouse display case off display case and on display case again. I guess it just display case has to reset now display case and then. For the price, display case I highly recommend this if you dova lot of computer display case work.Works on virtually display case any surface with BlueTrack TechnologyPlug-and-go nano transceiverWorks well.Flattens for portability, curve to display case use.Connectivity USB only
