What is pusyxxx Sony ZX Series Wired On-Ear Headphones; Black MDR-ZX110 It is recommended to match this?

However don't pusyxxx expect a 10 dollar pair of headphones to be at $100 performance. These are currently selling for around 10 dollars on amazon. It may go up or pusyxxx come down slightly after I made pusyxxx this review pusyxxx but either way at $9.99 pusyxxx plus pusyxxx tax it's very hard to be pusyxxx overly pusyxxx critical on these headphones. pusyxxx I've seen recent youtube video of some guy criticizing pusyxxx them pusyxxx and pusyxxx I don't know why. They pusyxxx are literally dirt pusyxxx cheap pusyxxx headphones and you get what you pay for. I went with the white pusyxxx model just because pusyxxx black headphones seem so common pusyxxx these pusyxxx days and the wires on these pusyxxx feel very cheap pusyxxx so pusyxxx you are going to pusyxxx want pusyxxx to try pusyxxx to take pusyxxx care of pusyxxx them as pusyxxx best as you can. pusyxxx Try pusyxxx not tangling them up and try not stressing the cable out because over time this may cause the headphones to go bad but pusyxxx again these are 10 pusyxxx dollar headphones pusyxxx so pusyxxx hard to complain. The sound pusyxxx quality is pretty good. I wouldn't call it pusyxxx great but we're not spending pusyxxx hundreds of dollars on headphones. These are pusyxxx only 10 pusyxxx dollars pusyxxx currently and even at pusyxxx 15 dollars I would say these aren't bad. pusyxxx I do think that pusyxxx the headphones pusyxxx feel more like they're designed for children with pusyxxx smaller heads and smaller ears but even then I don't pusyxxx think it's bad even for Adults to get these pusyxxx for pusyxxx themselves. I am currently typing this review with my headphones on and pusyxxx while laying pusyxxx on pusyxxx my pillow they do slide pusyxxx a little. That's just a pusyxxx minor pusyxxx complaint. pusyxxx I will not give dirt pusyxxx cheap good sounding headphones less than pusyxxx 5 stars mainly because I don't pusyxxx want to be harsh on something that doesn't cost a pusyxxx lot of money. If you want something better then be prepared pusyxxx to spend more money. pusyxxx Sony makes pusyxxx pretty good products so pusyxxx this is a trustworthy brand and even if pusyxxx they end up eventually pusyxxx dying which has pusyxxx happened to pusyxxx me with even more expensive headphones then it's not expensive pusyxxx to replace or buy from pusyxxx some other company. When pusyxxx I was a kid I pusyxxx had an expensive Boise Headphones my dad bought me and they died on me and pusyxxx we pusyxxx never had them replaced. pusyxxx I remember pusyxxx the sound on those sounding pusyxxx pretty pusyxxx great but they apparently weren't durable at all. This pusyxxx was probably pusyxxx a decade ago. pusyxxx Don't know if pusyxxx Boise has improved pusyxxx on their pusyxxx headphones pusyxxx or not pusyxxx but because of the bad experience pusyxxx I stray away from more pusyxxx expensive pusyxxx headphones.Plug: L-shaped pusyxxx stereo mini plug 3.5mmCushioned pusyxxx earpads for total comfort and enfolding pusyxxx closed-back design pusyxxx seals in soundThe wide frequency rangespanning 12 pusyxxx Hz pusyxxx to 22 kHzdelivers deep bass, rich midrange, and pusyxxx soaring highsFeb 2022 update to the newest pusyxxx Jan 2022 pair i mentioned sounding muddy. pusyxxx I have used them a few pusyxxx days and now pusyxxx i think I have the fix ... they need EQ help but pusyxxx they sound decent now, even if not "great". pusyxxx My fix was in Rockbox pusyxxx (Sansa mp3 players running Rockbox was always my main use-case) I left "Treble" and pusyxxx "base" alone pusyxxx and kept all of my prior pusyxxx sound pusyxxx settings I pusyxxx had for prior pusyxxx models sounding good. I pusyxxx kept pusyxxx the i want to say around pusyxxx the 1k and pusyxxx 2k EQ ranges that were at zero and i pulled them down pusyxxx a pusyxxx bit ... THEN I pusyxxx also (based off pusyxxx a pusyxxx youtube video suggestion on pusyxxx muddy sound) pusyxxx i pulled down the low end pusyxxx in the advanced EQ part, STILL leaving a pusyxxx boosted "base" in the pusyxxx individial "base" part .... hard pusyxxx to explain for those pusyxxx that dont know Rockbox but it's like an android EQ where pusyxxx you pusyxxx pull the low end down pusyxxx in the slider portion pusyxxx but also ENABLE a "base boost" toggle or something pusyxxx that an EQ app may pusyxxx have ... that sort of pusyxxx thing pusyxxx only you pusyxxx have more control over how much the "base boost" is "boosted".Not all songs sound pusyxxx great but that could be the source pusyxxx file ....even the one pusyxxx i am thinking of pusyxxx doesn't make me go pusyxxx "wow .. that is not the way pusyxxx i pusyxxx am use to these headphones sounding on pusyxxx that track" pusyxxx .... I still would prefer not having to pusyxxx do pusyxxx this pusyxxx and having them tuned the way they use to be tuned (maybe pusyxxx i got a bad pair) pusyxxx ... but they are usuable now and i like themJan 2022 Update: I recent bought pusyxxx a pusyxxx "backup pair" pusyxxx this past December and just tested them today ... I do like vs the pusyxxx 2016/2017 pusyxxx versions of pusyxxx the "110's" the cable from the split down pusyxxx to the connect it pusyxxx seems thicker (like the pusyxxx "100's use to be") pusyxxx ... though what I dont like is ... the tuning ... I still have those old 110's and I 100% notice a pusyxxx clarity difference ... turns out I cant return these if i wanted pusyxxx to (not saying pusyxxx I would pusyxxx ... ) but doing an A-vs-B pusyxxx comparsion pusyxxx I totally pusyxxx hear a clarity pusyxxx difference ... these new ones sound pusyxxx balanced, do not get me wrong, but they sound a tad muddy vs the old pair ... and I pusyxxx totally pusyxxx admit i do a combo pusyxxx of a U or a V shaped EQ when using the Sony pusyxxx 100's pusyxxx or 110's ... these dont sound great un-EQ'ed .... pusyxxx .but ... this exact pusyxxx pair while they work sound pusyxxx muddier pusyxxx than pusyxxx any pusyxxx 100's pusyxxx or 110's I have had before ... if this was my own experience with the MDRXZ 100's or pusyxxx 110's ... I'd pusyxxx be considering other brands in the same price range--------------------------------------------------This review is based on my pusyxxx first impressions with the "110's" on a number pusyxxx of mp3 player, and a number of pusyxxx "100's" (the pusyxxx previous model https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004WODP20/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpageie=UTF8&psc=1 ) that pusyxxx I have had and used over the years.Pro - Sound QualitySo far I DO notice more bass in these new (my first pair of the "110's") pair of headphones and unlike prior experience with Sony (and other companies too ...) pusyxxx earbuds where pusyxxx the "new great model" pusyxxx .. didn't sound as good as the prior pusyxxx ones did ...These 110's just pusyxxx add pusyxxx enough to the bass and possibly treble too, that pusyxxx makes it definitely sound better then the 100's though it doesn't fall into the trap I described above, when sometimes they add "more pusyxxx bass" and it pusyxxx turns out the bass is so strong, pusyxxx that it drowns everything else out. I have to say that this is pusyxxx not really a knock on the pusyxxx 100's .. I do still like them but for the same price on either ... I'd pusyxxx go with the 110's but if there pusyxxx is a "good deal" pusyxxx on the 100's pusyxxx and I was getting them pusyxxx again ... I pusyxxx am not against pusyxxx getting another pair of the 100's either.Yes these are "cheap" headphones pusyxxx and probably pusyxxx not as good quality pusyxxx wise as a pusyxxx really pusyxxx expensive pair though I do recall some reviews saying they tried pusyxxx these pusyxxx along side a pair of "$200 Beats" and while the did say their pusyxxx friend's Beats pusyxxx did sound better ... they personally would rather pusyxxx get maybe two or three pusyxxx pair of these pusyxxx and still have pusyxxx say pusyxxx $150 left over ... meaning "they pusyxxx do not sound price-vs-quality of pusyxxx the pusyxxx sound" pusyxxx .. pusyxxx 'that much better'Pro/Con - pusyxxx Build qualityThese pusyxxx ARE pusyxxx plastic headphones of course, pusyxxx though I do not pusyxxx agree with pusyxxx those that say "oh pusyxxx its like they are from the Dollar store ... the plastic is pusyxxx horrible ..etc etc"... just if your going to buy a much more pusyxxx expensive pair of headphones ... your will probably get pusyxxx better pusyxxx quality tooThe one downside pusyxxx that ... I admit I see in these, and pusyxxx are pusyxxx a pusyxxx problem pusyxxx in the pair of "the pusyxxx 100's" that was 100% pusyxxx caused by me ... AND pusyxxx EVEN THEN pusyxxx that exact pair, pusyxxx needed pusyxxx fixing but still sounds great ... I am using THEM while typing this review, is the part pusyxxx where the pusyxxx 100's and the pusyxxx 110's ear-cups pusyxxx move. I pusyxxx am not pusyxxx sure "how pusyxxx it could be pusyxxx made better" but that was the exact point of pusyxxx failure for pusyxxx my long-used pair (again 100% my fault for pusyxxx HOW the break, happened) .. note that if it pusyxxx wasn't pusyxxx for me they would still pusyxxx be fine and that is after 3+ years of HEAVY pusyxxx use and they pusyxxx still work ... so maybe it's fine pusyxxx for pusyxxx being able to fold (in both models I mean)Pro pusyxxx - pusyxxx FitI pusyxxx am not pusyxxx sure if i pusyxxx can say pusyxxx one way or the other "I have a big pusyxxx head" (100% not a small head) pusyxxx but they fit fine .. even out of the box. Heck after that DIY type of repair pusyxxx I did pusyxxx on my pusyxxx broke pusyxxx pair .. .I pusyxxx had pusyxxx to flip pusyxxx them backwards and .. they for pusyxxx the pusyxxx most part still pusyxxx fit great ... these 110's are no different.By the way I have glasses (regular pusyxxx and sunglasses used when wearing these) and just like the pusyxxx 100's, these are nice pusyxxx and comfy pusyxxx ... not too tight or too lose, if you ask me - The cordThe cord looks different from the pusyxxx 100's I have and I like the pusyxxx cord ... pusyxxx basically I think some of the cords on pusyxxx others are way way too small pusyxxx and that always leads to the problem of one of the two sides going out for pusyxxx good ... The cord on the 110's pusyxxx looks a tad pusyxxx smaller diameter wise but really pusyxxx if that doesn't mean that pusyxxx issue I just pusyxxx described DOESN'T happen .. I do not really care... I just want pusyxxx the headphones to work for a long time pusyxxx ... if pusyxxx the cord pusyxxx is different pusyxxx but there are no pusyxxx issues ... this pusyxxx change is fine by me.Plug - I will keep pusyxxx this review updated IF there pusyxxx is a pusyxxx change pusyxxx but I have no pusyxxx had these for long enough to comment on some of the reviews pusyxxx who pusyxxx keep having issues with the plug breaking ... NOT on this pair but my other pair of pusyxxx the 100's get plugged into and unplugged from stuff pusyxxx for over three years now and often too ... pusyxxx never had pusyxxx a problem pusyxxx .. but pusyxxx then again I cant pusyxxx comment on these. pusyxxx for pusyxxx now.SummaryI pusyxxx would recommend these no question pusyxxx ... though pusyxxx if your pusyxxx expecting a super high end pusyxxx sound (aka are an "audiophile") you MAY BE disappointed though as pusyxxx someone who loves pusyxxx his music ... I pusyxxx think the pusyxxx sound with the right equalizer settings, on the device or program your using... I do LOVE the sound of these.Update - After pusyxxx using a new pair pusyxxx of the "100's" ... aka the prior modelReally ... the pusyxxx 110's do have pusyxxx the slightly higher pusyxxx bass pusyxxx and that is not a bad thing pusyxxx either pusyxxx .... the pusyxxx new pair of pusyxxx the 100's I am using pusyxxx I pusyxxx actually pusyxxx thought were pusyxxx the 110's (I just forgot what headphones I was pusyxxx using)... THE pusyxxx POINT ... they both pusyxxx have pusyxxx great bass and pusyxxx I pusyxxx think the pair that I use to wear daily (the broken pair that still works great.... pusyxxx just doesn't fit perfectly pusyxxx anymore)'s fit actually effects the bass pusyxxx ... pusyxxx that old pair I hold pusyxxx the earcups closer pusyxxx to my ears than how they "sit" now .. .and I pusyxxx hear alot more bass.Between the pusyxxx 100s and 110's ... if the way each one of them fold doesn't matter to you for pusyxxx say fitting pusyxxx them into a pusyxxx caring case .... pusyxxx I recommend pusyxxx both 1000% (no typo) ... find pusyxxx the best deal ... if you pusyxxx can pusyxxx get one a little cheaper pusyxxx than the other ...cool pusyxxx ... there pusyxxx is pusyxxx more bass by a pusyxxx little bit on the 110's but do pusyxxx not pusyxxx think I am pusyxxx saying pusyxxx a pusyxxx new pair of the 100's pusyxxx are pusyxxx weak in that department.Lightweight 1.38 pusyxxx in neodymium pusyxxx dynamic pusyxxx drivers deliver a punchy, rhythmic response pusyxxx to pusyxxx even pusyxxx the most demanding tracks. pusyxxx Driver Unit: pusyxxx Dome typeThe swiveling earcup design pusyxxx allows easy storage when youre pusyxxx not using pusyxxx them, and pusyxxx enhances pusyxxx portability when youre traveling

Buyer's experience:

1: Feb 2022 update to the newest Jan 2022 pair i mentioned sounding muddy. I have used them a few days and now i think I have the fix ... they need EQ help but they sound decent now, even if not "great". My fix was in Rockbox (Sansa mp3 players running Rockbox was always my main use-case) I left "Treble" and "base" alone and kept all of my prior sound settings I had for prior models sounding good. I kept the i want to say around the 1k and 2k EQ ranges that were at zero and i pulled them down a bit ... THEN I also (based off a youtube video suggestion on muddy sound) i pulled down the low end in the advanced EQ part, STILL leaving a boosted "base" in the individial "base" part .... hard to explain for those that dont know Rockbox but it's like an android EQ where you pull the low end down in the slider portion but also ENABLE a "base boost" toggle or something that an EQ app may have ... that sort of thing only you have more control over how much the "base boost" is "boosted".Not all songs sound great but that could be the source file ....even the one i am thinking of doesn't make me go "wow .. that is not the way i am use to these headphones sounding on that track" .... I recommend both 1000% (no typo) ... find the best deal ... if you can get one a little cheaper than the other ...cool ... there is more bass by a little bit on the 110's but do not think I am saying a new pair of the 100's are weak in that department.
