What is 3 9 15 21 Duracell Best AAA Batteries | Lasting Power Triple A Battery | A resealable package for the ideal storage of alkaline AAA batteries for home and office equipment; 18 Quantity (1 pack) Packaging may vary. Comfortable and soft fabric?

      Batteries are difficult to test for a 3 9 15 21 consumer. I have seen 3 9 15 21 in the 3 9 15 21 past (in 3 9 15 21 my 3 9 15 21 own, informal, unscientific testing) that some "Pro"-labeled 3 9 15 21 ones actually under-performed their 3 9 15 21 "regular" counterparts. So, allow me to share with you a battery test I made between the Duracell CopperTop, Quantum, and Optimum batteries, then compare them to 3 9 15 21 the Energizer Max and Ultimate Lithium. Finally, 3 9 15 21 I will compare them to 3 9 15 21 the 3 9 15 21 rechargeable, Panasonic Eneloop Pro. This was likely my most expensive battery test I have ever undertaken, and 3 9 15 21 because they are one-time-use batteries, not the 3 9 15 21 most eco-friendly. 3 9 15 21 I apologize for the latter!PROS- Lasted 3 9 15 21 long, but surprisingly 3 9 15 21 not much better 3 9 15 21 than the CopperTop ones- 3 9 15 21 Slider packaging holds the batteries together 3 9 15 21 better, 3 9 15 21 though I recommend dedicated, plastic battery holders for better and more 3 9 15 21 space-efficient storageCONS- 3 9 15 21 Costs more than Duracell's 3 9 15 21 other 3 9 15 21 lines- 3 9 15 21 Not worth 3 9 15 21 the extra premium for 3 9 15 21 a slight 3 9 15 21 increase 3 9 15 21 in battery 3 9 15 21 lifeTESTINGI 3 9 15 21 tested the batteries 3 9 15 21 by having 3 of them each used in an Imaginarium 3 9 15 21 RC train 3 9 15 21 and having it 3 9 15 21 go around a flat, circular track. Each time it would pass 3 9 15 21 a 3 9 15 21 specific point on the track, a 3 9 15 21 sensor was hit to track what time it completed a loop. In the end, I had an Excel spreadsheet that 3 9 15 21 showed the number of loops 3 9 15 21 that were made. 3 9 15 21 From there, I calculated the start time and the last time it hit the sensor. Keep in mind, 3 9 15 21 however, that many factors could affect a battery's performance. Some are 3 9 15 21 made better for 3 9 15 21 one 3 9 15 21 type of use, but would 3 9 15 21 fare worse for another.Surprisingly, the Duracell CopperTop slightly outperformed the Quantum, whereas the Optimum 3 9 15 21 ran longest between the three.MARKETINGDuracell markets 3 9 15 21 the CopperTop 3 9 15 21 being less premium 3 9 15 21 than the Quantum, and that in turn less than the Optimum. 3 9 15 21 Visually, that 3 9 15 21 can be represented 3 9 15 21 as:CopperTop < Quantum 3 9 15 21 < OptimumACTUAL RESULT 3 9 15 21 (with the RC 3 9 15 21 train)Quantum 3 9 15 21 < CopperTop 3 9 15 21 < OptimumThis showed 3 9 15 21 that paying the 3 9 15 21 extra pennies for the Quantum 3 9 15 21 over the 3 9 15 21 CopperTop 3 9 15 21 was not worth it. The Optimum, with just 3 9 15 21 a slight advantage in battery life over the CopperTop 3 9 15 21 did not 3 9 15 21 fare 3 9 15 21 much better either. So, from 3 9 15 21 a Duracell perspective, I would 3 9 15 21 continue to 3 9 15 21 stick with the 3 9 15 21 CopperTops for best value and decent battery life.Next, I threw in some Energizers. The Max 3 9 15 21 and one 3 9 15 21 of my favorites, the Ultimate 3 9 15 21 Lithium.- 3 9 15 21 Max outperformed all 3: CopperTop, 3 9 15 21 Quantum, and 3 9 15 21 Optimum by about 60%.- Ultimate 3 9 15 21 Lithium 3 9 15 21 (which is not Alkaline, by the 3 9 15 21 way), nearly DOUBLED the 3 9 15 21 battery life over the CopperTop! This was not surprising 3 9 15 21 to me as this line is a BEAST (with 3 9 15 21 the gigantic 3 9 15 21 price tag that 3 9 15 21 comes with it.)Visually, the RC train result was:Quantum < CopperTop < Optimum < Max (+60%) 3 9 15 21 < Ultimate Lithium 3 9 15 21 (+110%)Finally, I wanted to see how the RC car 3 9 15 21 would work with my favorite, 3 9 15 21 rechargable batteries that I 3 9 15 21 depend on for my professional photography work: Panasonic's Eneloop Pro. The 3 9 15 21 Eneloop are designed to hold 70% of their 3 9 15 21 charge 3 9 15 21 for up to 10 years, and 3 9 15 21 for wedding photography, that is an important factor as 3 9 15 21 I cannot 3 9 15 21 afford taking 3 9 15 21 out batteries that 3 9 15 21 may not be able to 3 9 15 21 provide the power I need at 3 9 15 21 a moment's notice.The result They did average. Visually:Quantum < CopperTop < 3 9 15 21 Optimum < Eneloop Pro < Max < Ultimate LithiumPrice wise, 3 9 15 21 the 3 9 15 21 Eneloop Pro and Ultimate Lithium 3 9 15 21 afford a 3 9 15 21 VERY high premium. They are EXPENSIVE. If you 3 9 15 21 asked me which batteries I recommend over the other, the answer is: it 3 9 15 21 depends.Some devices work 3 9 15 21 better 3 9 15 21 with Alkaline or Lithium 3 9 15 21 than 3 9 15 21 NiMH rechargables. Alkalines provide a higher, initial voltage for more power, are cheaper, but once they hit 3 9 15 21 a certain discharge threshold, they become 3 9 15 21 useless very quickly with certain types 3 9 15 21 of devices. 3 9 15 21 With the Eneloop Pro, 3 9 15 21 they provide a 3 9 15 21 longer 3 9 15 21 discharge life, 3 9 15 21 can be used for a longer, sustained 3 9 15 21 period, and of course, be recharged hundreds of times. So, what does that meanI would like 3 9 15 21 to re-iterate that I am not a 3 9 15 21 professional, lab-certified, battery tester. Your own 3 9 15 21 results may 3 9 15 21 vary from 3 9 15 21 my 3 9 15 21 own, informal, unscientific testing using a RC train.For RC cars, 3 9 15 21 the Duracell 3 9 15 21 Alkalines are my 3 9 15 21 recommendation -- specifically, the CopperTop. 3 9 15 21 For photography equipment and 3 9 15 21 flashlights, 3 9 15 21 I go with the Eneloop Pro for the long battery life and their ability to hold their charge 3 9 15 21 for a prolonged time. For critical devices that require 3 9 15 21 the longest battery 3 9 15 21 life, such as fire 3 9 15 21 alarms, 3 9 15 21 I'd go with the Ultimate Lithium.With all 3 9 15 21 that said, among 3 9 15 21 the CopperTop, Quantum, and Optimum line of Duracell batteries, I'd 3 9 15 21 stick with 3 9 15 21 the 3 9 15 21 less 3 9 15 21 expensive CopperTop for its better cost-to-life ratio.VERSATILE AND POWERFUL Compatible with 3 9 15 21 any 3 9 15 21 AAA battery-operated devicewhat 3 9 15 21 I received 3 9 15 21 are Real batts..Resealable packs, and they are not china knockoffs..GoodThey last a long time.RESEALABLE PACKAGE We took 3 9 15 21 your feedback and 3 9 15 21 redesigned 3 9 15 21 our easy-seal pack 3 9 15 21 for maximum convenience and 3 9 15 21 safer storageADVANCED 3 9 15 21 SLIDER PACK features a 3 9 15 21 resealable storage tray that keeps 3 9 15 21 your 3 9 15 21 Optimum batteries right where you need themUPGRADE YOUR DEVICE Our Triple 3 9 15 21 A 3 9 15 21 battery can deliver 3 9 15 21 Extra 3 9 15 21 Power in 3 9 15 21 some devices, 3 9 15 21 or Extra Life in 3 9 15 21 other devices, vs Coppertop AA/AAA, in 3 9 15 21 a 3 9 15 21 wide range of devicesGoodThese batteries seem to work just fine. They have nice packaging that you can keep and store them so you 3 9 15 21 don't have to fumble trying to 3 9 15 21 figure out 3 9 15 21 which batteries are new or used. 3 9 15 21 They seem to 3 9 15 21 last longer than the regular off brand discount 3 9 15 21 batteries. They 3 9 15 21 have the 3 9 15 21 copper top which I 3 9 15 21 think helps and 3 9 15 21 sets them apart 3 9 15 21 from 3 9 15 21 the other bargain 3 9 15 21 bin batteries. I also 3 9 15 21 got these on sale which makes them even better.AVAILABLE IN AA 3 9 15 21 AND AAA battery sizes in 4 pack, 6 pack, 8 3 9 15 21 pack, 3 9 15 21 12 pack, 3 9 15 21 and 18 3 9 15 21 packThe product works great so far no 3 9 15 21 complaintsStrokes 3 9 15 21 per 3 9 15 21 Minute:MAX 3 9 15 21 4400 SPMDURACELL 3 9 15 21 OPTIMUM 3 9 15 21 BATTERIES 3 9 15 21 HAVE A PROPRIETARY CATHODE SYSTEM that 3 9 15 21 can deliver Extra Power in some 3 9 15 21 devices, 3 9 15 21 or Extra Life in other 3 9 15 21 devices, vs Coppertop 3 9 15 21 AA/AAA, in a wide range of devicesPurchased these 3 9 15 21 AAA batteries February 6, 2021, however, 3 9 15 21 there is no expiration date 3 9 15 21 on the batteries. Didn't discover this 3 9 15 21 until I was replacing one that had just begun to leak. The 3 9 15 21 old 3 9 15 21 leaking battery had a 2027 expiration date. The unused batteries bought just a 3 9 15 21 year 3 9 15 21 ago had no expiration date, causing me 3 9 15 21 to be concerned about their authenticity. I've used over half of the package and one set 3 9 15 21 in a remote control seemed 3 9 15 21 weak and 3 9 15 21 did run out of "juice" 3 9 15 21 faster than expected. I 3 9 15 21 will continue to 3 9 15 21 use the newer ones because it is 3 9 15 21 too late to return 3 9 15 21 them but will check all new orders as soon as they arrive. An Internet search showed 3 9 15 21 that Duracell 3 9 15 21 batteries should 3 9 15 21 all 3 9 15 21 have an 3 9 15 21 expiration date.
