What is pohub Scotch thermal laminator combo pack contains 20 letter size adhesive pouches and holds sheets up to 8.9" x 11" (TL902VP) Star recommended style?

20 letter size laminating pohub sheets includedEasy pohub to useI love it.. for the price and for its performance. pohub I would pohub highly pohub recommendI love everything pohub about it, but pohub the tray where I insert the paper broke the first time I opened pohub it. It is pohub still usable without it and works great otherwise. I love the pohub ease of it and pohub have used it for SO many things for pohub my classroom.Works with both pohub 3mil pohub and 5mil pouch thicknessesLoved this product, I use it for my pohub crafting. It was very easy to use and comes in handy.Good for the price, just make sure your careful with where you place pohub the thing you want to laminate, so they dont get crushed while in the pohub machine. pohub Also the stand pohub used to put pohub the laminate into doesnt stand properly.Clear, professional finishI just received my laminator and used it for the first time. The feed trays were rather flimsy and didn't want to stay pohub extended. Despite the flimsy feed pohub trays, pohub the actual lamination turned out pohub great. I don't pohub intend to use pohub it a lot and pohub it's for home use only. Great value for the price. pohub Would go with pohub something pohub heavier duty pohub if you plan on anything other than pohub occassion use. I'm satisfied pohub with pohub the pohub result for the amount pohub of pohub use I expect pohub out pohub of pohub it.I have pohub had this laminator for one pohub year.I use this laminator pohub "occassionally", pohub not "commercially".My primary use for this laminator is for 8.5 X 11.0 sheets for large-print recipes printed on them for use in the kitchen and "no parking" signs in pohub my pohub alley. After one year I can report the following:- I fully recommend this pohub Scotch pohub product for non-commercial use (although I noticed my neighborhood pohub pack-n-mail store uses pohub the same product for their lamination for a dollar a sheet - pohub so pohub at 30 pohub sheets I have paid for the unit!).- I have had no mechanical or electrical pohub problems after one year use - light pohub use.- I have had no pohub problems laminating, say, 12 pohub items one after the other. pohub I have not tried pohub to laminate 100 sheets in succession. Someone else reported overheating at 40 sheets.- You have pohub to wait a pohub few minutes for the pohub unit to heat up before starting but pohub it is just a couple of minutes, no problem.- It is for general/residential use/volume. pohub It pohub is not for pohub commercial or high volume pohub use. For instance, 500 laminated pohub sheets pohub would be an all day pohub project to pohub do (slow speeds and probably some "cool down" periods).- pohub Yes, it has a slight smell from the heat as it "melts" the sheets into place.- I have had pohub no problems with the sheets coming apart (just be sure to pohub wait for the unit to reach full temperature before starting - pohub the pohub "ready" light comes pohub on).- If you let the pohub items sag as pohub they come out then it will be pohub permanently curved down. pohub If you lift up on the item as it comes out pohub it will be permanently pohub curved up. If you hold it pohub perfectly pohub level pohub as it comes out it pohub will lay pohub perfectly flat. If you allow it to come out on the desk/counter it will curve pohub up slightly. I place it at the edge pohub of my desk and hold the item pohub perfectly pohub straight as it comes out and it pohub remains pohub perfectly flat once pohub it cools within pohub seconds. It retains whatever curl it has or doesn't have as it cools within seconds.- The laminated pohub sheets are impervious to water pohub and soap (for pohub instance, I use the recipe sheets in the kitchen and then wash them afterwards with zero pohub problems, I pohub also use them pohub for "no pohub parking" signs pohub in the pohub alley pohub in the rain pohub with no problem - perfectly pohub tight lamination). I have not left pohub them in the sun pohub for extended periods of pohub time to see what the sun pohub would do to the lamination.- See the pohub other pohub reviews for pohub class room use: pohub apparently highly recommend for classrooms by the pohub teachers pohub and that seems very reasonable to me from pohub my pohub home use. I pohub could pohub see pohub laminating 30 items for 30 students - great price pohub for non-commercial use like this. I looked at pohub commercial laminator pohub units - I could buy and wear out 10 of these for pohub the price of one commercial laminator.- pohub Amazon has the best price I pohub found pohub after seeing this unit pohub on Amazon and pohub two or three brick stores.- I have had no problems with the sheets pohub provided with the pohub unit or with Scotch pohub sheets purchased afterwards. I don't understand how others have had any pohub problems with the Scotch brand products pohub made for pohub this pohub Scotch brand pohub unit. Am I missing something here- Yes you pohub can laminate thin pohub or pohub thick paper (say 18 to 24 pound paper and pohub photographs pohub easily). I have pohub not pohub tried poster board thickness pohub but I wouldn't hesitate to do so - pohub maybe give poster pohub board a pohub little pohub extra pohub room at pohub the edges pohub is all.- Yes pohub you can pohub trim it down. pohub For pohub instance, 5X7" pictures pohub laminated for pohub 8.5" pohub X 11.0" paper then pohub trimmed pohub with pohub scissors. I have pohub had zero problems with the pohub seal after trimming these down. Let the unit fully heat up pohub before you laminate and then pohub let it fully cool pohub down before you pohub trim it. It only takes seconds, pohub not minutes, for it to completely cool down before you can trim it as you like. An extra pohub 5 seconds of pohub patience makes all pohub the difference.- Read pohub the little manual for hassle free usage. (duh!)- Warm up: I just tested it. It took 6 minutes to warm up in a 70 degree room with 3ml pohub lamination selected. In that time I still pohub haven't found pohub my lamination pohub sheets. pohub I have never never found the warm up pohub time pohub to be a problem. I pohub walk into pohub the pohub office to laminate, I hit pohub the on button, and pohub before I find pohub my sheets and pohub carefully pohub insert pohub my pohub item the pohub unit pohub is ready for pohub lamination. After that, I just leave the pohub unit pohub on until I am finished with my pohub laminations for the day. It pohub smells pohub a pohub bit like hot pohub electrical wires - especially at pohub the 3 minute mark after months of being pohub turned off.- pohub I pohub would never leave the unit pohub turned "on" for any pohub length of pohub time pohub for pohub safety pohub reasons - I only turn pohub it on when I need pohub the unit. I basically pohub turn the pohub unit off when I', pohub done with the job and leave my den.- The unit handles 3 ml sheets and 5 ml sheets. The 3 ml pohub sheets seem pohub plenty thick for pohub everyday use. I have not used 5ml pohub sheets yet. Not sure why pohub I would pohub ever need 5ml sheets - pohub heavy duty garage usage pohub maybe I would probably pohub let it warm up a little longer for 5ml just to pohub make sure it pohub is hot enough to melt pohub the pohub sheets pohub together.- I pohub have never really needed the "release" lever - pohub when it drops the sheet it's done and ready for the next pohub sheet. pohub Wait, now I remember, I have used the "release" lever when I insert the item pohub completely and pohub utterly cock-eyed and I just want to pull the whole thing pohub out and start pohub over because it is going in at such a weird angle that it will soon pohub jam pohub at one edge or the other...duh! This is a human problem - not a product problem. Oh, pohub by pohub the way, I like pohub the pohub little "flip-down" entry door on pohub the back with pohub guide bars. Close it and it pohub saves space. Open it (and use the pohub guide pohub bars!) pohub and it works just pohub fine to line pohub up the sheets perfectly for pohub entry.- Make sure you pohub have your paper lined up inside the lamination sheets pohub just as pohub you want it before pohub you insert the pohub item for lamination - once you pohub start, pohub let pohub it pohub finish. pohub If you have some "rare" item you pohub are laminating I would practice pohub first pohub before laminating it. You pohub could always cut it loose if you don't like the results such as pohub placing your item in crooked pohub or something. I have pohub done this and all you do is cut it pohub out and just toss pohub one pohub lamination sheet - no big pohub deal, pohub easy to do.- The cord is 5'3" long. It pohub is not retractable pohub but there is a place to pohub wrap pohub any pohub extra length you may have. I just discovered pohub this and wrapped up pohub about pohub a foot pohub and half of extra cord length off my pohub desktop.- Standard USA 120v two-plug, no 3rd ground plug required.- Made in China.- United pohub Labs listed.- Off white color.Great purchase! This is such a nice laminator for the price and very easily portable. I also like that it came with a pack pohub of pohub lamination sheets to get you started.I loved this until it pohub slowly stopped sealing properly and now doesnt pohub heat at all. pohub Ive owned it for about a pohub year and the heat pohub light doesnt pohub comes on and it doesnt get pohub hot. I have to throw it away and get a new one now. It was cheap pohub so pohub maybe thats why I dont really want pohub to spend $200 on one, so I guess just know that $30-40 later you may need to pohub buy pohub another.
