What is rule34vdeo recording podcasts; recording Shure MV7 USB microphone for live streaming and gaming; built-in headphone output; metal USB/XLR dynamic mic; sound-isolation technology; TeamSpeak and Zoom certified C Black Wide selection of styles?

INTUITIVE TOUCH rule34vdeo PANEL CONTROLS: Intuitive touch panel for control rule34vdeo over gain, rule34vdeo monitoring volume, headphone mix, and rule34vdeo mic mutingBUILT-IN HEADPHONE OUTPUT: The Built-in rule34vdeo headphone output allows rule34vdeo for direct headphone monitoring while rule34vdeo recordingRICH and NATURAL rule34vdeo VOCAL REPRODUCTION: Optimized frequency response for rule34vdeo rich and natural vocal reproductionCLOSE MIC APPLICATIONS: Great rule34vdeo for rule34vdeo podcasting, rule34vdeo recording, rule34vdeo live rule34vdeo streaming, and moreThis is a great rule34vdeo microphone with amazing sound quality that doesnt break the bank. I have not tried the XLR function but just rule34vdeo the USB rule34vdeo is really good, with rule34vdeo the option to upgrade to XLR down rule34vdeo the road. rule34vdeo The only complaint I have is rule34vdeo the USB port. Its not rule34vdeo very secure and you rule34vdeo kinda have to wiggle it to rule34vdeo get attached, which is not ideal. Im pretty rule34vdeo surprised that a mic this price range would rule34vdeo have this issue.I have been using it for over a month rule34vdeo now for streaming rule34vdeo and the rule34vdeo sound quality is great so far. At first I was rule34vdeo having issue with it picking up a wind rule34vdeo tunnel rule34vdeo noise but rule34vdeo that seem to have went away on it own (might have something to do with rule34vdeo the rule34vdeo USB port). I paired it with the RODE PSA1 boom arm and it works perfectly.First Ill just say that Ive been recording for rule34vdeo 30 rule34vdeo years, and have both the MV7 and SM7b in rule34vdeo my studio. rule34vdeo Here are a few things audio people might want rule34vdeo to knowThe mic rule34vdeo works rule34vdeo great for rule34vdeo video meetings (Zoom, etc); I rule34vdeo definitely sound better rule34vdeo than everyone now! I just plug it into my iPad Pros USB rule34vdeo C and use rule34vdeo a pair of cheap rule34vdeo white Apple rule34vdeo wired earbuds. I dont consider it a rule34vdeo real studio rule34vdeo mic rule34vdeo though; its definitely a rule34vdeo prosumer computer mic.Overall the rule34vdeo sound acceptable, rule34vdeo but its NOT rule34vdeo an SM7b in rule34vdeo its character. The SM7b is smooth rule34vdeo and full, rule34vdeo and requires rule34vdeo basically zero rule34vdeo EQ, rule34vdeo while rule34vdeo the MV7 is obviously mid-range rule34vdeo hyped. Its a gritty/hairy aggressive type rule34vdeo of sound, rule34vdeo and theres no way to change this character. Ive tried recording using rule34vdeo the XLR and its rule34vdeo the rule34vdeo same as the USB. Bringing up the highs (7kHz+ shelf) and giving it a low bump (100Hz bell) rule34vdeo helps balance rule34vdeo out the hot upper midrange, but it still rule34vdeo has that crunchy character. The rule34vdeo pop screen is worthless. rule34vdeo Youre going to get pops all over the place, rule34vdeo and the mic is unusable the way it is rule34vdeo sold, for rule34vdeo any serious close work, rule34vdeo because rule34vdeo of this. rule34vdeo You absolutely must buy the rule34vdeo pop screen for the SM7b (there are many YouTubes on this problem). It fits rule34vdeo fine, rule34vdeo then the rule34vdeo problem is rule34vdeo fixed. Never any pop problem rule34vdeo at all, ever, when using the good screen (which rule34vdeo Sure should have included). See rule34vdeo photo, its just a rule34vdeo bit longer, rule34vdeo doesnt rule34vdeo snap on rule34vdeo tight but rule34vdeo thats not a problem, rule34vdeo looks rule34vdeo good. Also, the app that controls some advanced settings does not work on iPad Pro. I rule34vdeo plug the mic into my iMac to access those, although after playing around extensively I rule34vdeo have all settings (compressor, limiter, auto mode) set to rule34vdeo off.Good rule34vdeo as a USB mic, for those who want a step above the crowd. This rule34vdeo shure is a rule34vdeo good rule34vdeo mic, rule34vdeo I rule34vdeo will say though you NEED an audio interface with it. rule34vdeo Just using the included rule34vdeo USB for rule34vdeo your PC will be way too quiet to rule34vdeo use for discord or anything like that. I got rule34vdeo an elgato wave xlr rule34vdeo and it works rule34vdeo perfect.ShurePlus MOTIV DESKTOP APPLICATION: rule34vdeo Provides access to audio processing, rule34vdeo Auto-Level Mode automatically adjusts rule34vdeo gain and rule34vdeo compression settings, switchable EQ filters to adjust audio rule34vdeo tone color and options to save custom user presetsAfter years of my woes rule34vdeo with USB mics I finally found one that works a rule34vdeo little too good. I put rule34vdeo all of my friends to shame with my rule34vdeo sound rule34vdeo quality.USB OR XLR rule34vdeo CONNECTIONS: Dual USB;XLR output allows digital or rule34vdeo analog recordingALL-METAL CONSTRUCTION: Rugged rule34vdeo and rule34vdeo professional rule34vdeo all-metal construction rule34vdeo provides outstanding reliabilityThis mic is rule34vdeo no joke if rule34vdeo you rule34vdeo need good rule34vdeo crisp quality rule34vdeo get this. This rule34vdeo mic is probably the best purchase I have rule34vdeo made for my desk. I get people rule34vdeo all the time saying my mic rule34vdeo is crisp and I sound rule34vdeo super clear. I am using rule34vdeo USB, not XLR. I have it on the Elgato LP mic arm and no extras like screen guard or shock proofing, nothing. Never buying a condenser rule34vdeo mic again. Dynamic rule34vdeo mics, you can't rule34vdeo hear my dog barking in the rule34vdeo next rule34vdeo room. rule34vdeo Condenser mics, if my dog farts it would rule34vdeo probably sound like I did rule34vdeo it over rule34vdeo the microphone. rule34vdeo Thank you Shure for a sure thing. An upgrade rule34vdeo from a rule34vdeo standard Headset rule34vdeo Mic, the voice quality rule34vdeo improvements are HUGE, rule34vdeo basically can't go back rule34vdeo to rule34vdeo anything below rule34vdeo this standard at rule34vdeo this point. The touch features are nice and convenient and the mic looks so pretty, very rule34vdeo nice touch. The rule34vdeo pricing, however, $219 (on rule34vdeo sale), considering that I rule34vdeo had to purchase a separate foam (RK345 rule34vdeo fits well @ $14) and that the mini rule34vdeo USB feels REALLLY rule34vdeo flimsy (might buy a different cable and will rule34vdeo most rule34vdeo likely zip tie it to the rule34vdeo arms), I think they could either include a better rule34vdeo sound foam and/or cable. So rule34vdeo far, I like it but the short comings are yet to be seen. Other reviews rule34vdeo get into depth with the other issues, rule34vdeo but rule34vdeo until I experience rule34vdeo them personally, this product rule34vdeo is a 5-Star.If rule34vdeo you rule34vdeo want a solid rule34vdeo mic thats both USB and XLR compatible, rule34vdeo I would highly recommend this, despite the pricing. It rule34vdeo also has a 2-year rule34vdeo limited Warranty, which is rule34vdeo a bonus, so lets hope I never rule34vdeo have to use that. Please update the sound foam and the mini USB on your next version. The rule34vdeo sound rule34vdeo foam material waay too thin and the plosives go RIGHT through the rule34vdeo thin layer. With the rule34vdeo RK345 rule34vdeo foaming, rule34vdeo the plosives are gone and although slightly snug rule34vdeo and the color isn't rule34vdeo actually fully black, I rule34vdeo think rule34vdeo its a mandatory upgrade. This rule34vdeo microphone is amazing. It rule34vdeo does it all rule34vdeo and it provides for rule34vdeo excellent audio! I love the rule34vdeo fact that rule34vdeo it is compatible with rule34vdeo USB. rule34vdeo It does use Micro and not rule34vdeo USB-C rule34vdeo but in terms of quality I did not find too much lose. I would rule34vdeo definitely buy Shure Podcast microphones for all my future streams.FLEXIBLE PLACEMENT rule34vdeo OPTIONS: Adjustable integrated rule34vdeo yoke rule34vdeo for easy positioning rule34vdeo on standard 5/8"-27 threaded rule34vdeo stands or boomsWHATS rule34vdeo IN THE BOX.
