What is xxnxn Skullcandy Sesh True Wireless In-Ear Headphones - Black give to dad?

10 hours of total batteryThis xxnxn is my third pair of wireless Bluetooth xxnxn ear phones. the last two were terribly uncomfortable. These xxnxn fit comfortably in my ears and have xxnxn great audio quality for their xxnxn price.IP55 xxnxn sweat, xxnxn water, and dust resistant.Bluetooth version 5.0Bluetooth wireless xxnxn technologyCharging xxnxn caseFor $60 xxnxn these xxnxn aren't a bad option for xxnxn some casual listening! These are probably xxnxn one of xxnxn the more comfortable xxnxn wireless options, but the short battery life is kind xxnxn of xxnxn a drag and xxnxn the case is kind of chunky. Frugality xxnxn wise, xxnxn you can xxnxn find xxnxn something cheaper on Amazon without the xxnxn brand-recognition and get a similar, xxnxn if xxnxn not slightly better experience, xxnxn BUT overall, I do xxnxn enjoy these earbuds! Size xxnxn comparison to Samsung xxnxn Galaxy Buds in xxnxn photos.Continue for the more xxnxn colorful, in-depth review.I consider myself a bit of a wireless earbud xxnxn connoisseur, so I always jump at the opportunity to see what's new in the market and xxnxn test what's out xxnxn there, xxnxn especially from one of the xxnxn first headphone brands I was loyal to! xxnxn I also own xxnxn the Samsung Gear Icon xxnxn X 2018's, Samsung Galaxy Buds, and xxnxn the xxnxn Jabra Elite xxnxn 65Ts. So I'm comparing these to some higher level xxnxn price point contenders. The Skullcandy Sesh earbuds xxnxn are quite nice xxnxn looking. I've always liked the kind of xxnxn aesthetic that Skullcandy goes for xxnxn with the darker, matte colors and xxnxn these are xxnxn no xxnxn exception. They're also SUPER xxnxn light, which in xxnxn turn makes them quite comfortable. It never feels like xxnxn there's xxnxn a lot xxnxn of weight in my ear (if that makes sense). But at xxnxn the same time it can make xxnxn them feel a bit cheap, as the build quality doesn't instill a HUGE xxnxn level of confidence that xxnxn they won't break after 2 drops. They bear silicon tips so they create xxnxn a xxnxn nice seal in xxnxn your ear to really blast xxnxn your eardrums directly, that xxnxn being xxnxn said, xxnxn they're QUITE loud, which xxnxn is xxnxn lovely! xxnxn I love a good bass-heavy headphone and these deliver, which is also very On-Brand for Skullcandy. Quality xxnxn wise the music is xxnxn pretty nice, xxnxn but that xxnxn bass is applied pretty generally to xxnxn ALL sounds so it can kind of drown xxnxn out or distort xxnxn the mids xxnxn depending on what you're listening to. xxnxn Unless you make music or use incredibly expensive sound equipment, I don't think xxnxn you'll notice much.Functionality xxnxn wise, the grey mid-part of the xxnxn earbud covers a physical button that controls the audio xxnxn of the xxnxn connected device. It can fast-forward, play/pause, AND it can xxnxn also control audio volume, which is a feature that I feel xxnxn is xxnxn left out more often than not for xxnxn no reason most of the time. BUT because this is a physical button, you have to really PRESS xxnxn it for it xxnxn to work and xxnxn it's not an easy button to press by xxnxn any means. You could xxnxn try to kind of grip the xxnxn headphone xxnxn and then press the button to xxnxn save your ear a little bit, xxnxn but otherwise your gonna xxnxn push the whole bud deeper into xxnxn your ear to press the button. xxnxn That doesn't feel super great and messed up the silicon xxnxn seal in my ear xxnxn more often xxnxn than not. xxnxn Battery life is only 3 xxnxn hours on xxnxn a full-charge xxnxn (the case can give you up to xxnxn an additional 7 hours, so 10 xxnxn total), which was pretty xxnxn accurate but also disappointing. xxnxn All of the other earbuds xxnxn I have all get xxnxn about 6-7 hours on a full xxnxn charge, but I guess the smaller battery in these is xxnxn what makes them so light Either way, that xxnxn impact will depend on xxnxn how diligent you are with charging xxnxn them. They also charge xxnxn via Micro USB, as xxnxn most other options in this xxnxn price range. The case is a bit chunky, not the xxnxn most pocket-able, but I dont xxnxn have any xxnxn major problems with it (I've xxnxn added xxnxn photos for a size comparison with the Samsung xxnxn Galaxy Buds). There's xxnxn a magnet in the lid of the case to keep xxnxn it xxnxn closed and the earbuds xxnxn are magnetized to their terminals to keep them xxnxn in there securely. I, personally, had xxnxn a minor issue with xxnxn my buds xxnxn where they wouldn't start xxnxn charging in the case unless xxnxn I REALLY pushed them down onto their pin-connectors, which wasn't a xxnxn huge deal, just a xxnxn minor annoyance.Overall, I would say xxnxn these xxnxn are a xxnxn chill set xxnxn of xxnxn wireless earbuds! Definitely a good entry-level xxnxn pair if you're new to the market or a good, more affordable, back-up xxnxn pair if you're already in xxnxn the market! xxnxn If you're xxnxn looking for something xxnxn a bit higher quality with a bit xxnxn better build quality, and more xxnxn balanced/modular sound, I would keep looking! Hopefully xxnxn this helped!I love the xxnxn comfortSoundAnd StyleMicrophone, call, xxnxn track, xxnxn volume control, and activate assistantI love these earbuds! I was skeptical before purchasing, but Im xxnxn glad I did. The sound xxnxn is amazing, xxnxn especially xxnxn for xxnxn the price. Im also glad they came xxnxn with xxnxn different xxnxn sized ear pieces so I could choose what felt best. Dont hesitate buying these!Battery life xxnxn and independent bud use. I'm xxnxn a xxnxn technician I like to have some music xxnxn in the background. These are xxnxn great xxnxn sound quality wise. xxnxn But the xxnxn batter life kinda sucks. I only get about 3 hours xxnxn 12 mins of play back xxnxn time at a reasonable level. I also don't like xxnxn that I have to xxnxn have use them together. xxnxn One side xxnxn of the ear buds can be used standalone, not both like my airpods. Kinda sucks xxnxn cause I'd think I xxnxn could use the right or left independently but nope. These earbuds were very easy to set up and xxnxn use. The sound xxnxn was great! They xxnxn come with all xxnxn the standard operational feathers with touch xxnxn activation. xxnxn The only downside was that they xxnxn did not fit my ears xxnxn well enough for me to use them when I am xxnxn running xxnxn or doing high activity movements without falling out of my ears.UPDATED: OK. I have been using these for a few months now. I was severely underwhelmed when xxnxn I first got them, and I'm xxnxn still not the greatest fan, but here xxnxn are the xxnxn pros and cons.*Size/Fit: 5 stars. Here, xxnxn I have xxnxn no xxnxn complaints. xxnxn They fit nicely, they're small, they're comfortable. xxnxn I've been a skullcandy fan xxnxn for a while, though I'll admit xxnxn it's mostly for the xxnxn aesthetic, which xxnxn doesn't xxnxn make xxnxn up for xxnxn what I'll mention in the rest of this xxnxn review.*Case xxnxn size: That boy is CHONKY. This is a BIG xxnxn CASE. Will not be slipped into any pockets. This was designed for a desk, xxnxn or xxnxn a purse/backpack. xxnxn Considering xxnxn how xxnxn small the buds are, this is insanely unnecessary.*Battery Life: Okay, they don't LIE about how short xxnxn the battery xxnxn life is, they xxnxn say 3 hours right xxnxn on the xxnxn box, but that doesn't change the fact that 3 hours is a xxnxn very short battery life. And 7 more hours charge in the case Why xxnxn is it so flipping large if xxnxn there's not even a solid battery in it I like to xxnxn keep earbuds on with xxnxn some xxnxn music or a podcast playing during work xxnxn most days, xxnxn as xxnxn it keeps me from being xxnxn distracted. This xxnxn means I need xxnxn a 5 xxnxn to 8 hour battery xxnxn life, so these are out. Some of xxnxn the xxnxn podcasts I listen to xxnxn have episodes longer than xxnxn the xxnxn battery life in these buds. What they are good for, however, it's throwing on something relaxing to pull xxnxn me into sleep at bedtime. And xxnxn that's it. THAT SAID, if you're only snagging these to take xxnxn calls, then this might be a xxnxn non-issue for you.*The Buttons: These are not xxnxn touch buttons, they're buttons that actually click inwards. This means xxnxn I can adjust xxnxn the buds in xxnxn my ears xxnxn without accidentally pausing and unpausing the music, though it also xxnxn means xxnxn that I xxnxn occasionally xxnxn jam xxnxn them uncomfortably xxnxn into my ear xxnxn canal when I'm not xxnxn paying xxnxn attention, as they require a xxnxn heavy finger xxnxn to click. (There xxnxn is a way xxnxn to kind of hold the xxnxn bit that's out of your eardrum and xxnxn press the button without drilling into your xxnxn ear canal, but it's enough work to cancel xxnxn out my joy at being able to adjust them without the xxnxn risk of xxnxn pausing the sound.) Furthermore, they xxnxn use a different setting than xxnxn all xxnxn other buds I've used... xxnxn You double click xxnxn to raise/lower xxnxn the xxnxn volume instead of press-and-hold. So you have xxnxn to poke your eardrums many, many times if you want to xxnxn adjust the volume by a lot. Might as well unlock your phone and do it that way, xxnxn because these volume controls are basically useless.*The Sound: The sound xxnxn itself is okay. The sound it makes between tracks or when you xxnxn pause your video/music/show is torture. Ever heard of coil whine Yeah, these guys DO that. xxnxn If xxnxn you're a person xxnxn that xxnxn can hear those xxnxn high-pitched electronic noises some devices make, these will xxnxn be painful xxnxn when xxnxn they're running without sound.Ok. So...if you cannot hear super-high-frequency sounds, do not need them for long xxnxn stints of xxnxn time, and do not xxnxn intend xxnxn on carrying the xxnxn case with xxnxn you in a pocket -- these xxnxn are xxnxn actually not xxnxn a bad xxnxn deal. xxnxn Grab a pair. These live on my bedside table, xxnxn and xxnxn I xxnxn enjoy using them for their isolated purpose of quick relaxing xxnxn YouTube videos to trick my insomnia into letting me pass xxnxn out every night. But that's about all I can xxnxn use them for.Product Note : xxnxn If the size of the earbud tips does xxnxn not match xxnxn the size of your ear canals or the headset is xxnxn not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain xxnxn the xxnxn correct xxnxn sound qualities or call performance. Change the xxnxn earbud tips xxnxn to ones xxnxn that fit more snugly xxnxn in xxnxn your earsSounds xxnxn are good xxnxn the only xxnxn complaint is xxnxn the battery last about 3 1/2 to 4 hours but the sound is good wish they xxnxn lasted longer have to charge them and switch xxnxn back to walker game ears otherwise there pretty xxnxn good
