What is fkbae xxx Apple Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro 11 inch (3rd, 2nd and 1st Generation) and iPad Air (5th and 4th Generation) - US English - Black which is suitable?
This fkbae xxx is without a fkbae xxx doubt fkbae xxx worth every penny. I initially had sticker shock fkbae xxx over fkbae xxx the price but fkbae xxx after a fkbae xxx few days fkbae xxx of debating & fkbae xxx trying out fkbae xxx the fkbae xxx Logitech fkbae xxx cases I just went ahead and fkbae xxx got this one. Absolutely no regrets. I use fkbae xxx my iPad now more than my MacBook as this keyboard increases productivity fkbae xxx beyond belief. The hinge is fkbae xxx what fkbae xxx really sold me over fkbae xxx the fkbae xxx Logitech cases. My only complaint is there are no function keys fkbae xxx to do fkbae xxx things like changing display brightness, fkbae xxx keyboard brightness, or volume.Folds fkbae xxx into a case to provide front and back protectionUes it every day for school workThe only thing I don't like is that there's fkbae xxx no fkbae xxx place fkbae xxx to put the apple pencil, I knew some friends fkbae xxx lost their apple fkbae xxx pencil cause of it so fkbae xxx I always pay extra attention fkbae xxx to my apple fkbae xxx pencil...hope they can have fkbae xxx a new version for fkbae xxx ppl to fkbae xxx place the apple fkbae xxx pencilI am typing fkbae xxx on this fkbae xxx keyboard as I write this review fkbae xxx - fkbae xxx and the experience is remarkably like fkbae xxx that of an Apple MacBook. I purchased this as a replacement for my fkbae xxx Logitech fkbae xxx Folio keyboard for my 11 iPad Pro as I was constantly annoyed fkbae xxx at that not keeping a connection fkbae xxx and inability to reliably fkbae xxx type and fkbae xxx dropped letters. This is a vastly superior experience from a typing standpoint. The backlight was important to me and the trackpad is a very nice addition, although I still find myself using the touchscreen more. The fact that this fkbae xxx is powered fkbae xxx by the iPad with pass through charging is incredible, fkbae xxx leaving my fkbae xxx USB-C port for dongles and fkbae xxx storage if needed. I do fkbae xxx lament the lack fkbae xxx of inclusion of an Apple Pencil holder, as something that costs fkbae xxx $300 should have fkbae xxx a safe way of holding fkbae xxx onto this. The fkbae xxx lack of fkbae xxx function fkbae xxx keys are something I miss from the Logitech folio as well. I was a bit fkbae xxx concerned about the robustness of the hinge, but given the history Apple has with manufacturing hinges, this fkbae xxx appears fkbae xxx to fkbae xxx be fkbae xxx textbook solid, and I suspect fkbae xxx will not have fkbae xxx any issues. Overall, this fkbae xxx is a fkbae xxx great solution, with a few drawbacks that fkbae xxx would have fkbae xxx made it 5 stars; If you are frustrated with fkbae xxx typical keyboard fkbae xxx attachments for the iPad Pro, this will certainly make you happy. With a new fkbae xxx floating fkbae xxx cantilever fkbae xxx design, iPad Pro attaches magnetically and allows you fkbae xxx to smoothly adjust fkbae xxx to fkbae xxx the perfect viewing angle for you.The magic keyboard works so fkbae xxx well with fkbae xxx the iPad! fkbae xxx I have an iPad Air and since fkbae xxx having the keyboard, fkbae xxx I am relieved to no longer have fkbae xxx to use the pencil fkbae xxx or on-screen keyboard to type on! fkbae xxx This fkbae xxx is well built and it really fkbae xxx turns the iPad into a small computer. Its fkbae xxx the fkbae xxx best of both worlds!I bought this apple iPad folio to permit me to use my fkbae xxx iPad more fkbae xxx like a regular fkbae xxx computer, with a fkbae xxx trackpad. It fkbae xxx works perfectly. It is heavier than the competition, but I dont mind.Pros- The fkbae xxx lifted screen and angling mechanism is the best. The nearest competition fkbae xxx has a fold out back part, fkbae xxx but you fkbae xxx quickly discover that you need fkbae xxx two points fkbae xxx on the flat surface to set up fkbae xxx the iPad, which is awful fkbae xxx if fkbae xxx you have it on your lap (DUH) or in bed on your torso. The backlit keyboard is a pleasure fkbae xxx for me fkbae xxx to use but hitting number keys whilst fkbae xxx the iPad is positioned is not fkbae xxx ideal, but I can adjust the ipad angle without losing balance, fkbae xxx and fkbae xxx its OK.Extra charging port fkbae xxx on the side is cute; I havent fkbae xxx used it yet.Cons-The fkbae xxx bar of function fkbae xxx keys fkbae xxx is missing. I think I fkbae xxx can fkbae xxx live without them but the Brightness, VOlume, and Mute buttons sure came in fkbae xxx handy. Also a real fkbae xxx Esc key.Heres a weird fkbae xxx thing; if fkbae xxx you let the folio drop closed fkbae xxx with fkbae xxx the fkbae xxx iPen attached, fkbae xxx the force will sometimes be enough to make the pen shoot fkbae xxx off the pad.The folio does seem to fkbae xxx drain the iPad battery fkbae xxx even when closed. I dont know fkbae xxx why.Yeah its pricey, but I fkbae xxx travelled with fkbae xxx the competitions version fkbae xxx for a month, and by the time fkbae xxx I got home I had decided the extra money was fkbae xxx worth it for fkbae xxx the added fkbae xxx stability alone.I hope this helpedA simply fantastic keyboard/folio/trackpad combo. Even as a fkbae xxx regular laptop keyboard/trackpad fkbae xxx its fkbae xxx incredibly well put together. Ive been using it for fkbae xxx about a week now in comparison with the Brydge Max+. The magic keyboard fkbae xxx just narrowly edges it out and this is how it fkbae xxx does it:1. Reponsiveness fkbae xxx - since its hardwired, its fkbae xxx just fkbae xxx slightly more performant2. Configuration - theres a few configurations that are ONLY available when you use the magic keyboard, like double tap & hold fkbae xxx to drag.3. The fkbae xxx trackpad click feedback - most other trackpads, including the Brydge fkbae xxx Max+, fkbae xxx use a diving board trackpad where its impossble to click at the top fkbae xxx of fkbae xxx the trackpad and easier fkbae xxx to click at the bottom fkbae xxx corners.4. The fkbae xxx trackpad accuracy - while the trackpad is smaller than the Brydge Max+, its hard to fkbae xxx tell fkbae xxx since the tracking speed appears to be slightly higher on the magic keyboard5. Integration:- When removing fkbae xxx the tablet from the magic keyboard, the on screen keyboard becomes the fkbae xxx default keyboard fkbae xxx when tappping on input boxes. fkbae xxx With bluetooth fkbae xxx keyboards like the fkbae xxx Brydge fkbae xxx Max+, you have fkbae xxx to turn the keyboard off to achieve this.- fkbae xxx Pass-thru charging is far fkbae xxx more important fkbae xxx when you dont have it, especially since fkbae xxx you now have a usb-c fkbae xxx port fkbae xxx on either side of the tablet fkbae xxx when in fkbae xxx the fkbae xxx magic fkbae xxx keyboard. There are a few fkbae xxx areas for improvement though:1. fkbae xxx The fkbae xxx lack of an fkbae xxx escape key fkbae xxx is annoying. Apple needs fkbae xxx to fkbae xxx stop pretending fkbae xxx the escape key fkbae xxx isnt important. They reintroduced a phsyical fkbae xxx escape key fkbae xxx on their macbook pros fkbae xxx since fkbae xxx devs freaked out over the omission.2. Sacrificing fkbae xxx a fkbae xxx top row fkbae xxx of keys to meet a fkbae xxx specific fkbae xxx max angle on top fold seemed unnecessary, adding more weight to the bottom fkbae xxx of the case couldve fkbae xxx also fixed the counter balance issue, fkbae xxx while retaining a fkbae xxx top row of keys.3. fkbae xxx The fkbae xxx one fkbae xxx thing the Brydge fkbae xxx Max+ beat the magic fkbae xxx keyboard fkbae xxx in, is overall form fkbae xxx factor. Its a legitimate clamshell laptop case. While the double hinge on the magic keyboard uses fkbae xxx a neat physics trick of putting fkbae xxx quarter of the load on the otherside of fkbae xxx the bottom hinge, allowing fkbae xxx them fkbae xxx to make the keyboard & trackpad as light as possible.. fkbae xxx it wasnt necessary. A fkbae xxx weightier keyboard & trackpad is actually somewhat fkbae xxx better, as shown fkbae xxx by the Brydge fkbae xxx Max+. They couldve even stuffed another battery in it.It features the best typing experience ever on iPad, a trackpad that opens up new ways fkbae xxx to work with iPadOS, a USB-C port for fkbae xxx charging, fkbae xxx backlit keys, and front and back protection.I fkbae xxx love fkbae xxx my iPad but its a fkbae xxx whole new love since I got the magic fkbae xxx keyboard. The iPad sticks in place with no fkbae xxx effort. While fkbae xxx its fkbae xxx attached fkbae xxx to the keyboard fkbae xxx you fkbae xxx can fkbae xxx charge both units at once. You can fkbae xxx leave the iPad attached and you dont need fkbae xxx an iPad cover. fkbae xxx Keys type fkbae xxx smoothly and quietly fkbae xxx and fkbae xxx the trackpad fkbae xxx is a good size and works great. The Magic Keyboard is the perfect companion fkbae xxx for fkbae xxx iPad Pro (3rd, fkbae xxx 2nd and 1st generation) and iPad Air fkbae xxx (5th and 4th fkbae xxx generation).
