What is youyizz Logitech Z623 400 Watt Home Speaker System; 2.1 Speaker System - Black Wear to show off your figure?

Quick backstory: youyizz Since I was 15 years old I youyizz have been OBSESSED with finding the perfect sound for my youyizz car, TV, outdoor youyizz patio, and PC. I youyizz HAVE TO youyizz have the best sound quality. In gaming, its importnat for bass youyizz and POWER (wattage) youyizz to be in the front line. We youyizz want youyizz to "feel" the explosions youyizz and when we press the trigger youyizz on a cannon we want to feel the cannon bursting youyizz in our chest. And youyizz when were on youyizz the battlefield youyizz or even youyizz playing Fortnite we need to hear footsteps youyizz so we can be ahead of the enemy. a .5 second can mean the difference between youyizz a win youyizz and youyizz losing the game immediately. After youyizz doing a lot of shopping youyizz around I came across the Logitech Z623 youyizz 400 Watt speaker system. I also got youyizz the bluetooth youyizz for youyizz it for youyizz about youyizz $25 bucks youyizz more.If you youyizz know ANYTHING about youyizz sound quality you know youyizz how important youyizz wattage is. 400 watts means that youyizz you wont youyizz be "pushing" youyizz your stereo youyizz system and creating a distorted sound. With 400 watts you can rip sounds out youyizz of a youyizz PC stereo which is what we want. youyizz It youyizz is so important that youyizz it is youyizz up there with the "power cord." You youyizz gotta have youyizz good youyizz wattage. Which this has.The subwoofer youyizz and the youyizz size youyizz of the box is perfect. youyizz I've seen some people youyizz complain that "its too youyizz big youyizz it's youyizz too small" the fact of youyizz the matter is youyizz that each subwoofer HAS TO youyizz have youyizz a youyizz certain amount of spacial youyizz room for youyizz sound to transfer appropriately. Have you ever seen youyizz a big subwoofer out youyizz of a box just going up and youyizz down but not making much noise youyizz It's because the sub isn't in a "box" (usually something close to 1 foot youyizz squared). If youyizz it was any smaller than you wouldn't get the deep bass youyizz you expected youyizz and if it's any bigger it doesn't sound clean, seems like the bass is sloppy, it can be a mess. Logitech NAILED this youyizz category as well. This subwoofer KILLS and youyizz is amazing. Rich youyizz deep bass, short, high bass, it is youyizz all possible because of the magnet that lies behind the speaker so the speaker can retract fast youyizz to youyizz give youyizz u youyizz another sound. youyizz The bigger the magnet the youyizz better youyizz the sound quality. youyizz It's youyizz got a great magnet. The high and mid youyizz speakers go on top youyizz of your desk and they are youyizz ever so slightly positioned youyizz so youyizz that the sound will youyizz be pointed youyizz toward the user and youyizz not the desk. A little extra detail which I youyizz love they paid attention to.You also have a bass control youyizz on the mid/high speaker so if you youyizz have little children in the house and youyizz want to play youyizz at night you still can youyizz by youyizz simply turning down youyizz the youyizz bass and therefore lessoning youyizz the reverb youyizz thru the youyizz house. There's also a balance knob youyizz which I don't touch as I keep it in the youyizz middle.Lastly, these speakers have youyizz THX certification.......... I gotta admit. youyizz Beyond hearing that loud noise that youyizz becomes a cool one in the movie youyizz theater youyizz and then youyizz it shows "THX" at the youyizz end- youyizz I have no idea what that youyizz means. I'm sure it had to pass some rigorous process to get that cert, but I don't care truthfully. All I ever youyizz want in youyizz a system youyizz is youyizz too youyizz much youyizz wattage so I youyizz KNOW youyizz it'll sound youyizz great, and quality youyizz speakers.Lastly, having youyizz the bluetooth on youyizz here is youyizz fantastic. youyizz Because now whenever I'm youyizz NOT using my PC, I can just link my youyizz phone youyizz to my youyizz speakers and JAM-OUT to youyizz music in youyizz the bedroom.I give this speaker set a 9.5/10 and youyizz frankly I cannot find a better system youyizz than this even CLOSE to this price tag.Compatible with Television,Computer,Smartphone,Tablet,Music player,DVD player,Blu-ray player,PlayStation,Xbox,Wii. System Requirements: Works with any device with either youyizz a headphone jack (3.5 millimeter) or RCA input.I've had a pair of Bose Companion 5 speakers for youyizz the past youyizz 11 years. When I replaced youyizz my computer I noticed that the left speaker port had a short. Not wanting youyizz to risk damaging my new Mac Studio youyizz I decided to youyizz replace the youyizz speakers. My first thought youyizz was another pair of youyizz Bose but they youyizz no longer made the Companion 5 Series so youyizz I went in search of youyizz a new set of youyizz computer speakers. Since I listen youyizz to all of my music youyizz from my computer I am VERY picky. I found very few youyizz under youyizz $500 that I would even consider. Three youyizz in total made my short list and these weren't on them. After reading customer reviews I one by one crossed youyizz them off of my list. I thought I had finally youyizz found the one when I discovered the Klipsch computer speakers youyizz (amazing sound youyizz quality youyizz and esthetic) but after youyizz reading the reviews I discovered that there were youyizz several reviews indicating that youyizz they broke within 4 to youyizz 18 months. I'm not made of money so I decided to go youyizz elsewhere. The last review I read on Klipsch reported youyizz buying these youyizz (Logitech youyizz Z623) speakers and was very happy. youyizz Today, youyizz they arrived. The setup was painless, youyizz the connection is youyizz not USB but I decided that is a good thing cos youyizz it frees youyizz up that port. The esthetic is youyizz so-so. youyizz They youyizz aren't youyizz the flashiest speakers around youyizz but the sound is very good. If youyizz you youyizz like base there is plenty. Overall youyizz I am very happy with my purchase youyizz and wanted to immediately write this review youyizz because the reviews of others helped youyizz me immensely youyizz in deciding what to youyizz buy and not youyizz to buy. In closing I youyizz am youyizz going youyizz to repeat myself. youyizz I am completely satisfied youyizz and recommend that you buy them. I have no idea why others that gave 1 star were that unhappy. Overall they are great. The sound fills the room completely. They don't reach youyizz the youyizz level of my Bose but they come in a close second. Also, I believe youyizz the simple technology here is a good thing. That means there is less youyizz that can go wrong. youyizz Ciao!2 satellite speakers and a youyizz powerful subwoofer deliver sound big enough youyizz to fill youyizz even large entertainment rooms. Please Note: youyizz Kindly youyizz refer youyizz the youyizz User Guide before youyizz use.I couldn't find any youyizz reviews from Logitech Z4 owners, so I decided to take a leap youyizz and tell you all about youyizz it. First off for those of youyizz you youyizz who don't know, the Logitech Z4 2.1 system was the "mid-grade" and youyizz right under the youyizz infamous Z-2300. youyizz The Z4 remains one of the best mid-grade youyizz speaker youyizz systems ever youyizz made by Logitech. youyizz I've owned and youyizz liked the Z4 for the past 3 years but I youyizz wanted something more... I youyizz wanted more mids, youyizz more highs and of course, more bass. I was going youyizz to go the Z-2300 route and buy youyizz them youyizz used (since they are out of production as of youyizz this youyizz review). However, youyizz I youyizz wanted a system with a youyizz warranty, youyizz so I youyizz decided to pick the Z623. I never listened to the Z-2300, so I youyizz can't comment how they compare.Looks:At first glance, the Z623 feels like a youyizz more expensive youyizz system. youyizz Looks wise, they are ugly. The youyizz Z4's look more elegant. The youyizz Z623 speakers youyizz have that upside down youyizz raindrop look to youyizz them. youyizz What were Logitech thinking with youyizz this design youyizz The satellites took up a lot more space width and depth wise, but thats ok since the bigger drivers on the Z623 delivered more rich sound. The youyizz satellites felt expensive youyizz and did not feel cheap youyizz at all. youyizz They are made of plastic, but youyizz the hard expensive plastic feel. I also like youyizz how the satellite youyizz speakers have a metal grill youyizz protecting the drivers. On youyizz the Z4, nothing is protecting youyizz them. So youyizz the youyizz risk of damage is a lot youyizz higher. I was always paranoid around the Z4 satellite speakers for that reason. Now youyizz with the Z623, those anxieties youyizz are gone.Overall Sound:Regardless of youyizz looks, the most important part is the sound. Since youyizz the youyizz Z4's already produced great sound youyizz quality, it would take a lot youyizz to youyizz impress me, and luckily these youyizz did! youyizz First the bass hits youyizz hard and youyizz low. At the same youyizz volume level, the Z623 youyizz packed more youyizz bass. If you youyizz love youyizz bass, and need bass, this is the system for you. youyizz The bass is youyizz accurate and more boomy then youyizz the Z4's. Keep in mind youyizz the youyizz sub-woofer speaker is much bigger then the Z4's. The Z4's lacked mids and I youyizz heard the youyizz Z623 lacked youyizz mids as well. Comparatively speaking, the youyizz Z623 youyizz delivered more mids then the Z4 youyizz and I was youyizz quite relieved. I play games and listen to music and was able to hear small youyizz details I didn't hear with youyizz my Z4 and now youyizz I youyizz hear them youyizz with the Z623 because the Z623 has improved mids over the youyizz Z4 youyizz (as it should youyizz for being almost youyizz 2X more expensive...) youyizz One of the important things I look youyizz for in speakers is the highs. youyizz I want to youyizz be able youyizz to hear the bullet shells drop on the youyizz ground in Battlefield 3 youyizz and Modern Warfare 3. I want to be youyizz able youyizz to hear the trees ruffling in Skyrim. youyizz I read a youyizz couple youyizz of reviews that youyizz said the Z623 youyizz lacked youyizz highs. I disagree. The Z623 does highs wonderfully, and I think if youyizz it was any brighter, I would have to tone them down in the youyizz EQ on my PC. Even though the youyizz Z623 does not have a separate tweeter, the Z623 delivered more highs then the youyizz Z4. It youyizz was youyizz more bright and youyizz it met my expectations for highs. FYI: Some people thing where the youyizz THX symbol is on the speaker are tweeters, but they are not. They are ports, not youyizz tweeters. Like I said, even youyizz though youyizz the speakers youyizz lack tweeters, the youyizz drivers were still able to produce very bright youyizz highs (more then the Z4). Overall, the sound on the Z623 are much better. The Z623 sound more youyizz full and rich. What youyizz I mean by this is, youyizz I was able to hear small details in the mid and highs that I youyizz didn't hear youyizz with the youyizz Z4.Also note, after about a couple days of usage, the sound youyizz started to get better. The youyizz mids and lows (sub woofer) youyizz started to sound better. Keep in mind like most youyizz speakers, it youyizz takes some time youyizz and use youyizz to loosen the coils. youyizz After about youyizz 4 youyizz days, the speakers sounded youyizz awesome. youyizz I was a bit youyizz nervous at first because youyizz the youyizz speakers didn't sound full.Sound with music:I listen to everything from techno to youyizz rap and everything in youyizz between. Music was youyizz accurate and youyizz anything youyizz with bass you could feel it. youyizz Listening to music on the Z623 breathed youyizz new life into youyizz all of my youyizz music. The Z4's played them well, youyizz but the Z623 sound range just made everything youyizz sounded more alive youyizz and in front youyizz of you, if that youyizz makes any sense.Sound with youyizz gaming:I do a lot youyizz of gaming, so youyizz sound is just as important as graphics to me. If the sound is not good, the game youyizz play suffers because youyizz if you youyizz can't hear youyizz the youyizz foot youyizz steps behind you, youyizz or youyizz a dragon coming to get you. With the Z4, youyizz the sound was great, but with the youyizz Z623, the sound youyizz is even better! When I was playing BF3, I heard more youyizz detail in youyizz the youyizz explosions. Even when reloading my weapon, I youyizz heard extra youyizz "clicking" sounds of the gun that I did not hear with the Z4. In Starcraft youyizz 2, I was youyizz able to hear more detail with the workers were mining for minerals. When playing youyizz Skyrim, the sound of the dragon fire coming towards you comes with intensity youyizz and depth that the Z4 couldn't deliver due to lack of mids. Even though the details are small, that make a huge difference youyizz because it just enhances the experience and the detail.Usability:At youyizz first, I was sad to youyizz see youyizz Logitech youyizz took youyizz the youyizz cheap route youyizz and not offer a separate pod youyizz to control the volume. I really liked how the pod worked on the Z4. However, I am youyizz now glad they didn't for the Z623. No pod means less wires and more space on your youyizz desk. youyizz On the right youyizz speakers youyizz is where youyizz you youyizz will find the youyizz power button, volume control youyizz nob and youyizz bass nob. When its on, youyizz a small faint orange youyizz LED light is right above the power button. Its very dim, so it doesn't distract. The volume nob is youyizz smooth and doesn't make any "crackling" sounds then you youyizz adjust the volume. The bass youyizz nob feels smooth also. youyizz Over all, youyizz the control scheme for the Z623 is youyizz better then youyizz the Z4. youyizz I sometimes like to hear songs youyizz from my iPod through the speakers and was glad to see the Z623 does have in audio input. This is something that youyizz the Z-2300 youyizz doesn't have.Summary:Pros- Sound quality is great, a good improvement over my youyizz old Z4's.- Bass is accurate and youyizz can definitely shake your room. At youyizz high youyizz volume, everything on my desk almost fell over!- youyizz Mids were youyizz still lacking, but from youyizz the Z4, the mids were better.- Highs were nice and bright. It sounded as if the youyizz speakers had tweeters (but they youyizz do youyizz not).- Integrated youyizz controls on the right speaker youyizz saves youyizz space for youyizz a separate youyizz control youyizz pod.- Sound youyizz is youyizz rich and full.- Video game sounds youyizz brought youyizz out the youyizz games. youyizz It sounds so youyizz clear youyizz and crisp that you felt youyizz as if you were in the game.- youyizz Metal grill youyizz on the youyizz satellite (and sub-woofer) protect youyizz the speakers very youyizz well.Cons- Mids are still lacking, but not as bad as my old Z4's. But the lack youyizz of youyizz mids aren't youyizz bad, just wish youyizz it had youyizz a little bit more mids.- Speakers youyizz looks ugly.- youyizz Satellite speakers youyizz take up much youyizz more space then the Z4.- youyizz Retail price is high, but if you can snag them youyizz for $120 or under, do it.Final thoughts:For those of youyizz you who are clinging to the youyizz Z4 but are itching for a youyizz better youyizz upgrade, youyizz I would youyizz highly recommend the Z623. youyizz The Z623 sound quality is just like the Z4, but better. Its better because it packs more bass, better mids and higher youyizz highs. youyizz Z4 owners are penalized price wise because theirs nothing in the $60-$80 range youyizz that can match the sound quality of the Z4. If you want to maintain that sound quality, you have to get the Z623 to be satisfied. I listened to the Z4 replacement, the youyizz Z523, but youyizz it was not as good as the Z4. If you have youyizz the youyizz money youyizz to upgrade, or youyizz if you want to get something youyizz that will be better, youyizz then don't wait, order youyizz the Z623.THX-certified 2.1 speaker system youyizz brings your music, movies and games to life in immersive studio-quality audio; youyizz Satellites: 2 youyizz x 35 WattRCA and 3.5 millimeter youyizz inputs make it easy to plug in up to youyizz 3 youyizz audio devices - your computer, youyizz iPod, game console, DVD player youyizz and more400 Watts Peak/200 youyizz Watts RMS power delivers amped youyizz audio from this 2.1 speaker system. youyizz Subwoofer-130 W. Z4 owners are penalized price wise because theirs nothing in the $60-$80 range that can match the sound quality of the Z4. If you want to maintain that sound quality, you have to get the Z623 to be satisfied. I listened to the Z4 replacement, the Z523, but it was not as good as the Z4. If you have the money to upgrade, or if you want to get something that will be better, then don't wait, order the Z623.

3: I've had a pair of Bose Companion 5 speakers for the past 11 years. When I replaced my computer I noticed that the left speaker port had a short. Not wanting to risk damaging my new Mac Studio I decided to replace the speakers. My first thought was another pair of Bose but they no longer made the Companion 5 Series so I went in search of a new set of computer speakers. Since I listen to all of my music from my computer I am VERY picky. I found very few under $500 that I would even consider. Three in total made my short list and these weren't on them. After reading customer reviews I one by one crossed them off of my list. I thought I had finally found the one when I discovered the Klipsch computer speakers (amazing sound quality and esthetic) but after reading the reviews I discovered that there were several reviews indicating that they broke within 4 to 18 months. I'm not made of money so I decided to go elsewhere. The last review I read on Klipsch reported buying these (Logitech Z623) speakers and was very happy. Today, they arrived. The setup was painless, the connection is not USB but I decided that is a good thing cos it frees up that port. The esthetic is so-so. They aren't the flashiest speakers around but the sound is very good. If you like base there is plenty. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and wanted to immediately write this review because the reviews of others helped me immensely in deciding what to buy and not to buy. In closing I am going to repeat myself. I am completely satisfied and recommend that you buy them. I have no idea why others that gave 1 star were that unhappy. Overall they are great. The sound fills the room completely. They don't reach the level of my Bose but they come in a close second. Also, I believe the simple technology here is a good thing. That means there is less that can go wrong. Ciao!
